While we strongly advise you to make a record of your air waybill number, it is possible to track your shipment without it under certain conditions. If you have the shipper's reference number, you can use our on-line SREF Tracking service, otherwise please contact customer service.

It may take a few moments for your registration to be processed. Do not click the Submit button more than once. If registration is successful, the 'Welcome to Web Shipping' page appears, and you can begin using Web Shipping. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your successful registration. If registration fails, an error message will display, indicating what the problem is.

The booking service allows you to register bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pick-ups are done locally during standard work hours. The deadline for bookings to be picked up on the same day is defined in the system. |

Do I receive confirmation of a pick-up request? |

Your local Hongkong Logistic Services Limited office will confirm the pick-up via e-mail. However, you may also select a regular pick-up - in this case, no pick-up request is sent to the terminal. |
